Glow-worm F65
The F65 fault code indicates a problem with the boiler's main printed circuit board (PCB) — the electronic control unit that co-ordinates every process inside your boiler, from ignition and gas valve operation to pump control and safety shutdowns. When the PCB detects an internal fault or loses confidence in its own operation, it locks the boiler out completely, cutting off both heating and hot water. F65 sits within a family of main-board fault codes on Glow-Worm boilers (which also includes F61, F62, F63, F64, and F67); while the precise internal trigger differs between them, they all point to an electronic or electrical failure on or around the control board and all require a Gas Safe engineer to investigate and resolve.
