• To respond to your enquiry and, where you've asked us to, connect you with a local Gas Safe registered engineer
• To answer contact messages and improve our content
• To measure and improve site performance

Who we share it with

To fulfil an engineer enquiry, we may share your details with engineers in your area so they can contact you. We also use service providers to run the site and process enquiries (for example, our hosting and CRM/email tools). We never sell your data.

We keep enquiry data only as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations, then delete it.
